Triad Newborn photographer | baby girl session

Two things that I love the most in photography, leading to my newborn photography niche, are babies and props. I love finding all the pretty little elements using different colors, textures, and characters to embrace the most beautiful creation in the world, newborn babies.

When Meesha’s mom told me in her questionnaire that I could use any color I wanted to for her baby’s photos, I was so excited to design her baby’s session with some of my own favorites.

I carefully thought through each color combination and made sure there was a good variety of different tones. And this sweet little angel looked just perfect in every color. She did so great when she was in the studio and slept soundly on the blanket and the props. When she was dreaming, her angelic smile melted everyone’s hearts. I felt so fortunate to be able to capture all the wonderful photos of her and I’m sure her smile will bring her family endless joy when they revisit these precious moments.

Not many parents select blue tones for their baby girls, but she looked so adorable when put into a slate blue swaddle on this tiny homestead bed. And look at her smile! I think she loved this little bed too!

I loved Meesha in this peachy pink color. Isn’t this the happiest shade of pink?

And a dusty tone of pink too!

I loved it when the grandmother joined the session. It made the photos even more special, reflecting the
love and bond between all three generations!
